I lost 20 pounds during the pandemic when most people gained weight and never felt hungry or deprived. I still enjoy things like ice cream, cake and wine. I just adjust the rest of my eating to accommodate those foods. I have been maintaining this weight for quite a while now. I recommend this diet very highly, mainly because you can eat regular food and do not have to buy products from them.
The meetings are very worthwhile and so is the required monthly weigh ins. Over the years I have enrolled in Weight Watchers and have always had favorable results when I follow the program.
