At 8pm Im in bed, showered and settled etc as Id felt tired for the last few days.. Could the reason I felt so wide awake be down to the lucozade, or something else?
I just felt weird on the whole, jumpy when I dropped off so I kept waking, the slightest sounds were startling me, unsettled, I was so tired but awake if that makes sense!?
I felt panicy too.. I suffer from anxiety, so I dunno if it was me or the energy drink! I could understand it if I had drank the drink at 8pm or something, but it was over 12 hours ago So I figure if Im the only one its likely that it was my anxiety!? See last answer.
