Once you kill the mobs in front of the basket, decide amongst your group who will be creating the Ogre Suit, because the Tannin will be soulbound. Once that member makes the Ogre Suit, they are free to pass it to the lucky person who will wear it, to fool Captain Kromcrush and avoid his encounter.
