After telling her the story of the Cupids and Claudio, Coop introduced her to Chandra and Connor , and after a quick recap of the situation Chandra revealed that due to her confrontation with Prue, Claudio would be able to sense the magic of the Cupids and locate them.
Although he wasn't sure he could fight his old friend Coop, he was determined to face his mistakes. Coop and his daughter went to look for Connor being the one most in danger given his inexperience.
Thanks to the fact that Prue had perceived Claudio's feelings they found him again, but Coop wanted to try to reason and this turned out to be a bad idea. Claudio became infuriated upon seeing Prue with Coop and realizing that his ex-friend was allowed to marry and have children while he was denied, and he raged even more on Connor by ignoring Coop's pleas.

Sometime later Coop and Phoebe returned to town to attend Melinda and Ryan's wedding, and when the talk came up Coop persuaded his wife to tell their daughters about Debra's offer. Though the girls hated the idea of their parents moving to New York, they spurred Phoebe to pursue her dream.
