Kimberlin I agree, once you get over the "shock - horror" of no NTBackup and tape support and start to use the native backup with a couple of raid USB drives swapped out weekly it works extremely well I had an SBS server with 2 x raid logical drives 1 for OS and one for data and exchange we lost 2 x drives on the data raid 5 array within minutes and along with that all data.
