The proc isn't actually "current target. Shadowbolt Volley is shadow damage and is effected by modifiers, giving affliction warlocks and shadow priests much more powerful procs. It's a very great trinket, but it saddens me when a poor critter dies from the proc. Comment by Misuteri Just from random playing with this on battlegrounds as a shadow priest I'd like to throw this out there for people wondering if it's worth giving up resilience for.
I cannot confirm this from a combat log but after my single target died surrounding players afflicted with BoC represented the only offensive spell I had up, the trinket proc'd. Comment by Fizzlecog I use this in pvp all the time now.
I have res'd at the Wildhammer graveyard in twin peaks to see a Shadowbolt Volley fly all the way across the map to hit someone in the Horde flag room. Very entertaining. Comment by ElZombo On large scale battlegrounds i. It does not do that much damage, but it proccs fairly often, and it seems to have no range limit, which is just fun to look at. Imagine a shadowbolt volley just disappearing in some random direction to hit some poor target that's not even in sight or way out of range.
Comment by WorgN6 This is so fantastic. It's Gurth-level of awesomeness. Arc mages has no long distance aoes that are decent in combat. This trinket will pop for me every 4 to 5 casts and deal around 10k damage non crits.
This thing more then makes up for arcane mages having no ranged multi target aoe like living bomb on fire. Arcane mages, this trinket is a MUST get. Comment by illiterate I just tested this trinket on my aff lock, and sadly it appears that it no longer procs the shadow bolts. I was at dummies for a good 10 min and I did not see a single one :.
Comment by AntonioLuiz The damage tooltip here is absolutely wrong. In-game, the trinket's tooltip says it deals damage, not View in 3D Links. Quick Facts. On equip, your attacks have a chance to create a damaging shockwave that deals Physical damage to enemies in front of you Approximately 2 procs per minute. Convergence of Fates Nighthold Elisande - On equip your attacks have a chance to reduce the remaining cooldown on one of your powerful abilities by 3 seconds.
The proc rate depends on the spec, but it is usually high or very high. Exceptional for AoE. Edit: After trying it, this trinket is as strong as Unblinking Gaze of Sethe.
It is now one of my favorites in Timewalking. Approximately [5. Direct spell damage you do against the Marked target triggers an explosion for 92 Shadow damage. Approximately 1. Spells that hit multiple times like Arcane Missiles have great synergy, activating the Mark of Doom effect with every direct hit. Healer Unfortunately, there is a severe lack of indications for healing trinkets in all guides i looked.
Very few of them will at least mention Darkmoon trinkets, so the best i can do is indicate some trinkets to avoid going Out of Mana and a couple of personal favorites.
Darkmoon Deck: Promises Legion Inscription - On equip, reduces the base mana cost of your spells by The amount of mana reduction depends on the topmost card in the deck. Darkmoon Deck: Tides Battle for Azeroth Inscription - On equip, restores mana whenever the deck is shuffled, and your spells have a chance to heal allies for The amount of mana restored and the number of allies healed depends on the topmost card in the deck.
Ephemeral Paradox Nighthold Elisande - On equip, your healing spells have a chance to cause your next direct healing spell to restore 36 mana instead of costing mana. The proc only works on a single healing spell in each healing spec. Dreadstone of Endless Shadows Cathedral of Eternal Night Mephistroth - On equip, your damaging and healing spells have a chance to increase your Mastery, Haste, or Critical Strike by 92 for 8 sec Approximately 2 procs per minute.
It can also drop from Relinquished Trinkets , sold by Thaumaturge Vashreen. Edit: after lvl squish, Sea Star of the Depthmother seems to have been nerfed hard.
Look for one of the other options. It must still be useful in Timewalking raids and i am still looking for a socketed one. Lasts 12 sec Approximately [1. Heirlooms: Touch of the Void Orb of Voidsight. I am still trying to loot a socketed version of this trinket to give it a fair try. I added your trinket choices to my latest post. It took me hours to write all that. Meta gem - this special gem can only be equipped in a head item with a meta gem socket.
A cunning part of his strategy is to dissociate anger from agency, making us believe that we are victims of an emotion that we cannot control. This is a myth that must be debunked. No one makes us mad. There is no force involved. Becoming angry is a conscious choice, a decision; therefore, we can make the choice not to become angry.
We choose! Ever notice how seldom we lose control when frustrated by our boss, but how often we do when annoyed by friends or family? In his sophomore year Wilbanks tried out for the high school basketball team and made it.
On the first day of practice his coach had him play one-on-one while the team observed. When he missed an easy shot, he became angry and stomped and whined. For the next three years he never lost control again. Years later, as he reflected back on this incident, he realized that the coach had taught him a life-changing principle that day: anger can be controlled.
This doctrine or command from the Lord presupposes agency and is an appeal to the conscious mind to make a decision. The Lord expects us to make the choice not to become angry. Nor can becoming angry be justified.
It is the thought-sin that leads to hostile feelings or behavior. It is the detonator of road rage on the freeway, flare-ups in the sports arena, and domestic violence in homes.
Unchecked, anger can quickly trigger an explosion of cruel words and other forms of emotional abuse that can scar a tender heart. David O. McKay said,.
